Field pitches

Spot the profile in 30 seconds, pick the right story. Three entry doors + concrete cases — for office, shop or on-site at the prospect.

Where are you?

Which door?

Door 1OfficeShop / premises

Spreadsheet / email patchwork — wants clarity

Leader juggling tools, not a developer, needs piloting.

Signals (30 s)

  • Spreadsheets everywhere, online CRM or invoicing tool already in use that does not fit the trade
  • Scattered emails and files to track clients or stock
  • Wants a dashboard, not to learn code

Opener

You juggle several tools to run the business — most SMBs do. The issue is not buying another box: it is having a tool of your own, shaped to your trade.

Pitch ~60 s

I shape business tools: I listen to how you really work, connect your data, and build a piloting foundation you can use right away — clients, stock, follow-ups, what matters to you. Not a fixed catalog: your way of working, formalized. Then you choose: I keep shaping for you, or you take the wheel with a safety net.

Storytelling

Recently a law firm: old ugly CRM that worked, clear aspirations. In weeks, a shaped CRM — tracking from client to case, email, document. Client tests: « wow, simple and clean ». I do not « develop » in the classic sense: I imagine, connect, it works.

Questions to ask

  1. What takes most of your time each week?
  2. Where is your data today — spreadsheet, email, online tool?
  3. If you had a clear view tomorrow, what would you check first?

Avoid

  • — Talking online AI assistant or prompt training
  • — Promising a big ERP or full rewrite upfront
  • — Dev jargon (API, stack) without business link

Next step: Offer a 30-min discovery call — business listen, no parking-lot quote.

Door 2OfficeVideo / phone

AI / no-code prototype — idea OK, container stuck

Tried chatbot, scripts, draft app; blocked on stability or evolutions.

Signals (30 s)

  • AI or app project « almost » done but stuck
  • Cost or limits of no-code / chat platform
  • « Works in demo, not in prod »

Opener

You proved the idea works — often the blocker is the container, not your intent. I take over or structure what exists, not throw it away.

Pitch ~60 s

Recovery workshop: audit prototype, scripts, exports — keep, structure or redo. I shape a viable foundation: connected data, usable deployment. Then two paths: I take creation back and you pilot the business, or we hand over the foundation with a creation agent wired in. The trial was not wasted: it was proof.

Storytelling

In meetings or on projects, I often see AI prototypes or hacks that plateau at 80%. I show cases where we took back control: invoice OCR, business API bridges, CRM that holds — video proof or live demo, not slides.

Questions to ask

  1. What blocks today — tech, cost, or both?
  2. What already works and must be kept?
  3. Who uses the tool daily — you alone or a team?

Avoid

  • — Saying everything must be rebuilt from scratch
  • — Positioning as AI assistant or prompt trainer
  • — Downplaying work already done

Next step: Offer recovery & scoping workshop — 30–45 min, audit of what exists.

Door 2 · fieldFieldOffice

No-code app / shared spreadsheet + scripts — B2B field app

Field tool growing; platform limits, scripts piling up.

Signals (30 s)

  • No-code app, shared online spreadsheet, field forms
  • Some scripting to glue pieces
  • B2B need, several field users

Opener

You already built something running in the field — no-code app, shared spreadsheet, a bit of script. When it grows, you hit the ceiling: perf, rights, evolutions. We can structure without starting from zero.

Pitch ~60 s

I map field + office flows, what lives in public cloud and what must run on your infra. Foundation with real APIs and connected data — usable mobile and office. Keep control: creation agent on the code repo. Prefer delegate: I shape evolutions. Field business stays central.

Storytelling

Same logic as API bridges I have done: extract, transform, send — applied to your field case. Concrete questions: what data flows, who validates what, offline or not.

Questions to ask

  1. How many field vs office users?
  2. What breaks when volume grows?
  3. Sensitive client data — GDPR, hosting?

Avoid

  • — Offering only a big-tech cloud
  • — Ignoring existing scripts

Next step: Call with screen share on current app — 30 min.

AutomationOfficeShop / premises

Manual exports — online platforms, spreadsheet, hand follow-ups

Lots of copy-paste; wants time back without a huge project.

Signals (30 s)

  • Export from booking or sales platforms to a spreadsheet
  • Manual client or supplier follow-ups
  • « I lose hours every week on the same thing »

Opener

If you redo the same manipulation every week — export, spreadsheet, email — it is not a willpower problem: it is a flow to shape once and for all.

Pitch ~60 s

We identify the time sink, automate it in your foundation or a reliable script wired to your tools. Often the entry to real piloting: once exports are automated, we see what is missing for a clear business view. Small step, measurable result.

Storytelling

Classic case: multi-channel bookings or sales → one clean file each morning, alerts on anomaly. No ERP needed: a flow that holds and you understand.

Questions to ask

  1. What manipulation do you repeat most?
  2. Where does data come from — platform, email, file?
  3. Where should the result land — accounting, personal sheet, team?

Avoid

  • — Selling a generic AI platform
  • — Promising zero human involvement

Proof to show

Next step: Ask for one concrete example (export, file) — quick feasibility on a call.

Door 3OfficeVideo / phone

Wants early autonomy — already tech-comfortable

Agent editor, wants to evolve the tool with a solid foundation.

Signals (30 s)

  • Already talks agents, code-coupled editor, vibe-code
  • Wants code repo / infra, not just SaaS
  • Seeks architecture safety net, not opaque vendor

Opener

You want to evolve the tool yourself — with a foundation you own, not sand. I shape the base; you wire the creation agent; I stay safety net on what exceeds it.

Pitch ~60 s

Minimal foundation fast — data, APIs, deploy on your infra. Creation agent on the code repo: on-the-moment requests in natural language. Power comes from editor + tools coupling — browser, terminal, code — not an isolated chatbot. I pick the most effective combination of the day; you keep business piloting.

Storytelling

Current AI models are engines. What accelerates is the agent environment: same logic I use daily to shape business tools in weeks, not months.

Questions to ask

  1. Who will evolve it — you, a referent?
  2. Desired hosting — cloud, on-prem, mix?
  3. First module you would want to change yourself?

Avoid

  • — Selling yourself as prompt trainer
  • — Imposing delegation if autonomy is the goal

Next step: Foundation + handover path — scope infra and first module.

App creationOfficeVideo / phoneShop / premises

Wants « an app » — broad idea, little framing

Medium fit: frame business vs gadget; often door 1 or 2 after listen.

Signals (30 s)

  • « I want an app for… » without clear flow
  • Competitor or social media inspiration
  • Little formalized data or process

Opener

An app is often the shape — first clarify which decision or daily chore you want to remove.

Pitch ~60 s

We do not start from the button: we start from the trade. Listen, map, first useful foundation — sometimes smaller than a store « app », more profitable. If the idea holds, we shape; if premature, I say so frankly.

Storytelling

I show CRM or salon demo: not a generic app — a shaped trade. Reframes toward real piloting.

Questions to ask

  1. What happens today without this app?
  2. Who would use it, how often per day?
  3. Do you already have data or lists somewhere?

Avoid

  • — Encouraging app-store dream without usage
  • — Fixed quote before listening

Proof to show

Next step: Discovery call — reframe to door 1 or 2 after 3 questions.

Wrong fitOfficeVideo / phone

AI assistant / prompt training — not my job

Wants chatbot trainer, not business tool shaping.

Signals (30 s)

  • Wants to learn to « talk well » to an online AI assistant
  • Employee training on generic AI
  • No business data, no tool to shape

Opener

I am not an AI assistant or prompt trainer: I shape business tools on your data, with creation agents when it makes sense.

Pitch ~60 s

If the need is only generic AI training, it is not my core. If digging reveals spreadsheet patchwork, blocked prototype or real piloting — then we can talk.

Questions to ask

  1. Beyond training, do you have a tool or business flow to structure?

Avoid

  • — Taking the mandate to « do a bit of everything »
  • — Criticizing AI trainers

Next step: Decline politely or redirect to door 1/2 if real business topic appears.
